Friends... What's life without them

I'm told by my friends that I'm loved, that I make a difference in their lives and that they actually care. I believe every word they say put all my faith & trust in them, & love them as much as my heart can give plus more. I'd die for them if it came down to it. But it's weird, because I've done stupid things & tried to do some that were even more stupid. I guess when the going gets tough & there's a little confusion between some friends I feel I'm alone, & that's when I do stupid things. My friends know what I'm talking about, because they're the ones that pull me out of these situations time & again. I just want to say thank you, because as a matter of fact, they may not know it, but, well...once or twice they've saved my life. Yeah that's what I mean by being stupid. They all say I'd never, but I would. It just seems that friends are so important in my life. If I lost one, or I got in a fight with one, or we just stopped talking I'd do some more stupid things. I need my friends, they're essential in my life, & I'm so glad I have friends that mean so much to me. Thank you for being a part of my life, thank you for helping me, thank you for putting up with my problems, thank you for drying my endless stream of tears, thank you for giving me hugs, thank you for talking to me when I'm alone, thank you for being the best friends a person could ever have, & thank you for everything you've ever done. It's not repayable, I could never make-up for it all, but I just want you to know, I love you all, want to be your friend forever, & will do absolutely anything for you, because you are so worth it plus more! Thank you again, because you are the best friends, I've ever had & for once in my life I feel like a somebody, rather than a nobody.
I think here a special mention becomes necessary. Yes I have moved ahead in life... School to college to office. Yes I have changed many locations in the journey... From Mangalore to Secunderabad to Patna to Nagpur to Pune... Every place I've been in I've made many friends. Some good, some close, some closer and some without whom I wouldn't have been what I am today. But I assure everyone of you, old or new, each of you have a place in my life that is irrevocable and irreplacable.
This goes out as an ode to all those people whom i met in the journey of my life, who transformed my life into something better, who made me realise I am not alone, who motivated me, guided me and bore all my tantrums. This goes out to those who were there for me in my happy times and stuck with me in my hard times. This goes out to  Niyatie, Pallavi, Mickey, Amit, Ajinkya and Manali. For those who rock and also rocked my world. Thanks a ton guys...

Deep Cleaning Our Homes!!!

Who doesn’t like a clean house. A house that is dust free and is immaculate always! Now wouldn’t that be a dream come true? Unfortunately, things don’t work that way. We need to tire and toil to ensure our house is neat and clean. I had shared a few tips in one of my previous blogs. Those were more like daily tips to keep the house clean. It was yesterday that I realised just how many backstabbing fools exist on this earth. But then on greater introspection and deep thinking I realised that maybe we are greater fools for allowing them to backstab us. Some of us have been very lucky to have really great friends who will stand by us come whatever may but there are persons who donot have a single friend to call their own. The social networking sites profiles show a huge friend list of 400 - 500 people. The other day i was browsing Orkut when I saw a profile having 996 friends and she had to create another profile in order to add more friends. The Question here is that how many of these friends are truly her friends. I am both lucky and unlucky.
